Looking for gloves that are waterproof, warm and will stand up to outdoor work. I've used the leather gloves from HF, mostly when handling hay, but once they get wet, the misery factor goes up. Internet searches brought up some, but the reviews were not favorable. Anyone have good experiences?

My best gloves have been a pair bought at Southern States.

No. You can choose any two of your options, but not all three. I've worked in miserable conditions all of my career, sometimes wondering why I didn't become an accountant. Yet I have never found a pair of gloves which meet your criteria. In cold wet weather I carry up to 5 pair of warm gloves, and change them every couple of hours.

I use roomy HD waterproof gloves with reversible knits, jerseys, or Kevlar as liners to fill 'em out for the best grip.

Stacking brush for/in the grapple in storm rain demands dexterity.

I like the gloves made by hydrahyde. Even after they get wet, they return to not being completely stiff like typical leather.

Chilly Grips. They are a perfect blend of dexterity, warmth, and doesn’t get wet on the palm & fingers!

Interesting - Aquamoose. Do they keep your fingers warm when it gets really cold - like they predict for us, later this week. I've always had to go over to my mitten arrangement when it gets cold. For me - cold = below zero.

I worked outside for years as a land surveyor and a lot of times dexterity was important. I never found a pair of gloves that were perfect. I have a pair of gortex or some other high tech material and my hands get clammy. Wool is really good but the durability is terrible if doing any real work. For work I always had 2 or 3 pairs of gloves in the truck.

I'm just back inside and wrapped around a cup of coffee. Out checking the tire pressure on the Taco Wagon. It's +20F outside and my thumbs are still aching. Next time I'm sure going to wear something. Even if it's my skin tight unlined leather motorcycle gloves. Dang - I hate it when my thumb nails ache.
