Experience with Cheap Valves on Amazon?

It's made by Badestnost, which is a very common and popular valve manufacturer in Europe.

Good quality stuff. I have used a bunch of their valves on my projects.

I have two on my homemade backhoe, one valve with a single spool and another with four spools. Both have been flawless for over 1000 hours.

It does have a little bit of internal leakage but not that big of a deal, at least for me.

That's great to hear. For what is costs I think it's gonna be perfect for me.

Are you planning to use this valve with your tractor? I did not read that it had power beyond... (frankly, I don't know if your tractor uses power beyond - most likely it does since it's Kubota).

I forgot to say, Summit Hydraulics use the same Badestnost valves, just rebranded to Summit.

More companies do that in the US using the same Badestnost valves.

An easy way to identify if going by the model:

P40 - 40 litres per min or 11 GPM
P80 - 80 litres per min or 21 GPM
P120 - 120 litres per min or 31 GPM

I'm kinda new to reading hydraulic schematics but from looking at the drawings, P1 is the input, N is power beyond and either T1 or T2 is for pressure relief to tank. Edit: I was trying to upload the drawings but am unable to do so. Search Badestnost P40 and a link can be found to them.View attachment P40 Series Euro - Tech Specifications.pdf

I am, but not exactly in a traditional way. I have an L45 and I only plan to use this valve when my backhoe is removed. I plan to plumb it into the "swing" pump quick connect. This is a dedicated circuit with only 2 lines (pump and tank). I assume that means I wouldn't be using a Power Beyond either way.

Not related but I put Magister brand cylinders on my front end loader. They were manufactured in Ukraine. The first time I raise it on start up it judders. I have greased all the pins and greased them full circle on assembly so I'm pretty sure it's in the cylinders. No way for me to verify and they smooth out after a couple of lift operations. Other than that the cylinders operate as they should without leaks.

On a positive note I got all 4 cylinders for $420.

Valve specs in link show no float or regen function on any spool and all spools are spring-centered.

How handy that exact setup is depends on planned use. BH stabs, si! FEL, never again thanks.
