I have used them too, and had good luck. Thanks for the explanatory post about dry air. We have a drier like you talked about, and yes, it needs maintenance.

I have used them also. Great service. Their site has to one of the best of giving information without having to do a google search for more info.

Any dairy farmers that want to move to Texas that would be awesome! Apparently, all Texas udders have froze and burst with no replacement udders to be found!

All the more reason to continue building pipelines!

We cant go back to campfires in caves wearing animal skins to avoid accidents.
Chinese solar panels and mostly foreign built windmills are NOT the answer.
They can be used where it makes sense to enhance power production, but must be blended with a majority reliable fossil and nuclear fuel source.
Showing a train exploding because a truck slammed into it isnt going to shape opinion much more towards solar panels.

And these videos wont do much to shape opinion as to why windmills should be avoided.
However, take note of what the narrarator says at the 8:15 mark. He states (paraphrasing) that wind turbines fail often and the results can be disastrous.

I know several people that did not have rolling blackouts. They live in the grids of medical facilities. Now there's a new real estate selling point.

We had rolling black outs one day and lost water for 5days but I had got ready for it had water stored up. Overall wasn’t to bad,I stayed out pulling folks out for the most of it. At work we kept the natural gas a flowing...

Thank you! And flow it did. The “new green energy” sources, wind and solar, were the ones who failed to show up for work in the cold weather.

Here are some facts presented at the hearing today.
Texas has the largest population growth in the last 10 years. Texas hasn't built any "base load" power in those 10 years. Only wind and solar.
The failure rate for solar during the 3 days of blackouts was 100%. Total, complete failure. The failure rate for wind, was 68%.
The failures in natural gas plants were largely due to human error, where ERCOT cut electrical power to the compressor stations that deliver the natural gas to the pipelines.

How much capacity is drawn from solar and wind in the winter time? You should factor that into your statements of your assessment on the "base load".
