Knee pads that stay put?

I have only used cheap knee pads. They had elastic bands that didn't hold them in place for much of a crawl. Has anyone here had experience with a type and brand that stayed over your knees without cutting off your circulation?

Yes, they run small, they're also fairly stiff for the first week or two until they break in.

Here's another good recommendation at a lower price. I have some thinking to do.

Having been 'round the block a few times on knee pads, I don't believe it is possible to have conventional type knee pads that ever stay put and where the straps/elastic don't chew up the back of your knee to the point where you can't stand wearing them. The ONE solution I have seen that I THINK has a chance is the construction market targeted long pants where there is a pocket in the pants for a knee pad. I say "think" as I have not tried them yet (my need is getting more rare) but it sure looks like the only way to get knee pads that stay put and don't grind up the back of your leg/knee. I have never found any set of knee pads that can be worn for very long or don't annoy you to death by not staying put.
