Kubota B7800 with L402 loader. What is the maximum weight of pallet i can lift using pallet forks?

Approx 2300-2800 lbs including the forks (depends on height)

I'm not sure where you are reading those numbers but that's not even close to truth. Generally Kubota FELs are numbered in the kilograms they can lift, so I'd bet the real numbers are closer to 800 lbs. for max pallet. And height wouldn't matter as much as how far forward of the pins the load is.

From the link posted with the statement...

This is a tractor at least ten years old. Consider the possibility that a Loader hydraulic line ten years old could rupture without warning during a max lift.

About 750 pounds for a pallet with its midweight 500mm forward of the Loader pins to 81" height.

Perhaps 900 pounds for a pallet with its midweight 500mm forward of the Loader pins to 48" height.

Perhaps 1,200 pounds for a pallet with its midnight 500mm forward of the Loader pins to 6" height.

Have a minimum of 500 pounds counterbalance mounted on the TPH before attempting a max Loader lift.

According to LA402 spec it's 1005 lbs minus loader weight minus bucket weight. It comes down to about 200 lbs. Can't believe it! Where am I wrong?

I don't see those numbers in there. It does give numbers between 880 to 1060.
Yup, you are right. Was not paying attention and was looking at bucket numbers.

Lift capacity to max. height (Bucket bottom mid point), kg (lbs) .......... 400 (880)
Lift capacity (Bucket pivot pin, max. height), kg (lbs) .......... 480 (1060)
Lift capacity (500 mm forward, max. height), kg (lbs) .......... 345 (760)
Lift capacity (Bucket pivot pin, 1500 mm (59 in.) height), kg (lbs) .......... 600 (1325)
Lift capacity (500 mm forward, 1500 mm height), kg (lbs) .......... 455 (1005)

Should be just the bucket weight not the loader weight. Bucket's probably 150-200 lbs for that size tractor/54" bucket?

60 in bucket. I hope you are right about not counting loader weight
