Neighboring Home is now in Escrow… 10 days listed which is a little longer than typical in this market.
Multiple offers on original ranch style 1955 home of 1500 square feet on 1.2 acres.
Turned out not to be possible in a two week time frame for any survey work as all surveyors are slammed…
I sent my survey in PDF along with a brief letter to Estate Executor and Listing Broker as to property line.
Under the law material facts affecting property must be disclosed and it has been with signed acknowledgment of receipt
Contract amount is 1.4m which is well over asking… non contingent close in 4 weeks…
Appreciate all the replies and private messages…
The new couple appear anxious to settle in and pleased their bid accepted.
Ive never seen a market like this or maybe having me as neighbor exacts a premium?
