Some numbers (note that while you're unlikely to have both fresh and waste tanks full of the same time, the waste tanks are usually in the back and the fresh tank is usually in the front): Broken Pickup Camper

Also worth noting that there appears to be a good size motorcycle behind the camper on a hitch platform of some sort, that's got to be adding at least 400 pounds out 8 or 10 ft behind back axle, not only is that going to push you on the bump stops quicker it will also give upward leverage at the front of the springs and the frame may not be set up to handle that much upward bending force:

Need not worry about putting headlights on low beam.

I used to adjust my headlights in winter, when I was hauling a snowsled most of the time. Now they are set at the factory, with no provisions for adjustments.

What vehicle to you have? Every one I've seen has adjustments. Even the motorized, auto high beam/dimming selecting models. They don't make it obvious though, where the mechanism is.

Anyways I'm not an off-road or suspension expert but I believe most of those Utes are on the Hilux or equivalent chassis in article which in America would be a 1/2 ton truck with a lighter frame?
Hilux is about a Ford Ranger. Quarter ton truck ?

Unless the Hilux is bigger than when it was imported back in the early '80s, we don't have anything comparable here. People keep wanting bigger and bigger, because that's what the manufacturers tell us we need. The current Ranger is comparable to a half ton pickup of 40 years ago, although the frames and running gear are arguably stronger.

I was comparing it to a pre Tacoma in the US market. I believe in the 80s/ early 90s they made that compact body style in a one ton configuration and most were considered 1/2 tons? If not I stand corrected. A Hilux with a turbo diesel would be sweet.

Our companies Nissan Navara has frame rot issues too. The equivalent of the Hilux.

Apparently Ford sold a North American Ranger, and an international Ranger which is close to an F150 and therefor not sold in North America?

The Navara is built in Spain, but is equivalent of the Mexican built Frontier sold in the USA. I think thats the 1:1 competitor to the Hilux.

And i guess the Navara and Hilux grew a bit in size and capacity too since 1985.

Closest is a tacoma. I have spent a lot of time in Hilux's, wish they'd let us import them.

I would like a street legal Mahindra Roxie, based on the CJ5 frame. It’s unfortunate the CJ became a fashion statement, so that people were buying them who couldn’t drive.

I'm rebuilding a 58hp kubota engine and I'm pretty set on buying the adapter to drop it in a CJ chassis...
