Refinery problems, oil price increases, anti petroleum policies, war, drilling cutbacks, demand, speculation, taxes. I'm sure I've missed some.
"Drilling cutbacks" covers Saudi and Russia. When you say export, are you talking oil or gasoline. I'm sure that don't but that only applies to my rentals, which are and have been rented for at least 5 years to the same tenants, who are actually gainfully employed and not sucking on the gummit teat. They pay on time and abide by my rental agreement. Good to go in that respect and I DO NOT discriminate in any way when hiring employees to work in my machine and fab shop, but then they must be skilled in the trade or I'm not interested. I'm 100% color and ethnicity blind. In fact I have one employee who is Armenian and he's very astute in the trades and is a total self starter that really needs no oversight which is fine with me, because I'm a terrible boss anyway.
