I go and check out a collector car auction in a nearby town, mostly classic cars but about anything shows up. 2007 Ram Quad Cab, 3/4 ton, 49,000 miles, 5.9 Cummins, sold for a little under $36,000. Very nice condition but not worth that much in my opinion.

Another 70k in CDs at almost 6%. Trying to stay semi liquid going into the recession

Temp is gonna drop to the low 60's so soup is on the menu

A set of handles and a new inner tube for a tired "Tru Temper" wheel barrow.

It's filled with stove wood now ;-)

I worked at a service station in 1970 with a guy who had a '66 Fairlane, black on black hardtop, 427 side oiler built by Holman & Moody, narrowed rear, tubbed. He was the street king around here! I always thought they were beautiful cars.
