eventually had to Get the wrecker with a dolly to successfully damage free tow it as I had no idea nor did my dispatch know how to override it into neutral, the cars owner was on the scene and understandably didn't fully appreciate my skills of dragging it up on the bed and eventually shaking it off in park forewarning him the process I was somewhat proficient at may take off his lower valiance and rear bumper plus possibly chipping his paint on other components. For some reason he refused to sign a damage waiver. Lol
