I'm no EV person.
The batteries are an environmental disaster both in production and disposal.
It is my belief EVs only reallocate the exhaust pipe behind the vehicle to a gigantic centrally located one burning coal or using nuclear. Little of our power is generated by true green methods.
Solar and wind use massive amounts of materials and have their own environmental impacts.

Congratulations for using your pickups like they were intended.
But most of us here come from a agricultural/redneck background.
I know of too many gentrified pickup owners who's trucks are driveway princesses.
Trucks with 4X4, off road packages, jacked up to the point of needing a step ladder to get in.
I guess the jacking serves the purpose of keeping old cotes like me out.
And yes, most will never carry more than a couple 30 packs on a Saturday grocery run or be at the game Sunday for a tailgate party.

Still makes more sense than a EV.

I resemble that remark. But I need it to get up my driveway.

Doesn't hurt to look bigger when I have to go to the big city for a doctor appointment either. People tend to not cut me off in a two lane turn or run red lights in front of me. They stay off my rear end too when they see a huge trailer hitch dropped down to their radiator level.

I would love to see these two baking up somewhere... well as long as I am not stuck behind them.

was at Wally world today, forgot my phone, so no pic. Old wreck of a pickup driving through the parking lot towing an old wreck of a utility trailer, with an old zero turn in it and the mower was running, poorly, but running!

Starter might have gone out. or he just forgot to shut it down

I've had to get equipment started in the shop before and have the customer leave the diesel running while hauling it to the jobsite.

Sub zero temperatures, and no block heater or glow plugs.

My son in law tried to fit some 16ft lumber in his truck with a 6.5ft bed yesterday. Didn't work out well.

I ran down with the trailer and hauled them to his house

If you resemble it, does that mean you usually wear high heels?

Anyway, I'd get a tractor and fix the driveway so I wouldn't need a lifted pickup to traverse it.
