This last place does have a functioning well that's 175ft deep which does increase its value for us. No septic. They asked for a bid on the property. I'd like to get back there and see the sheds interior and walk the property lines more. This property does have much more space for ski/hiking trails on it.

And we will have trails open for pubic use. We've been working and grooming trials for about 30 years and 90% of those property's were privately held.

Over the weekend we looked at this property again. I like it but has no house. Gosh the woods are nice and it sits on 90+ acres.

I don’t remember if you mentioned earlier in the thread, but have you had any discussions with builders regarding timeframe and costs? Looked at any of the spec house plans out there? Or possibly a prefab?

Looks like a beautiful lot, for the right price maybe you can have your ‘dream home’ built. Im not sure how often ‘dream homes’ exist and are located on our dream location??

We're not sure what we'd do if we bid and got that property. No one sells mobile homes around here any more but we do see tiny homes come up on FB. I'd guess if we got something built that would take 2 years and cost 200,000 for something just as tiny. What to do, what to do....
