Looking at a 2016 4044r with a self leveling loader. has around 950 hours. $32,999 with hydro tranny. What's your thoughts on that price?

I'm not familiar with the market for them so can't speak to price. However for the type of work I expect you will do, I think Ag tires would be a much better match than R4 industrial tires.

PT1445 1800lbs loader. The articulation allows a short turning radius for working on trails. Here is the spec page: T18 Class

The PT425 is much less expensive, but also very capable of doing a lot of trail kind of work.

Arly, are you set on any brand in particular, there are a lot of really good tractors available, but it does not do anyone any good looking at different brands if you only want JD (as an example) and what cost range would you consider?

Tractors that use 6' implements are a good size to consider IMO.

This information helps those that wish to help you. ;)

Kubota and JD are the brands I'm looking at. I'm not sure what "Tractors that use 6' implements" means in this contents?

I think he means tractors that have enough HP and weight to operate a 6' rotary cutter...which brings up the question of what tow vehicle and trailer you have to tow that size machine, too.

Typically, the width of the loader bucket is around the width of the implements recommended.
The 40xxR series and the Grand L series tractors usually have 6' loader buckets.
Basically, a frame size. Obviously, smaller and larger tractors can use 6' implements.

The approximate shipping weight of a John Deere 4044R tractor with a 440R loader is around 3770 pounds (1710 kg) for the open station version. The 440R loader itself adds approximately 302 kg (665 lbs) in base weight
