The Husco is a series 5000 but the configuration numbers are proprietary so no help there. I can't make out the letters and numbers below the Vickers emblem.
That might be the model designation.
I have all but given up on the Husco. The numbers near the “Vickers” is a patent number.
I plan to “blow smoke” of sorts through the Vickers valve, this while operating the valve. I hope to gain a clear understanding of its operation this way.

I am in the process of creating a control lever to attach

With a control lever installed, I need to determine which is P and T ports. I see no identification other than the type of fitting or what appears to be a bleed screw on the top of one.

Is it possible these ports are interchangeable? Can a valve work equally well when flowed in either direction?

What I discovered so far:

The port without the bleed screw passes to the opposite port with the bleed screw only when the control is at rest. When the lever is moved either direction flow is stopped through this port.

The port with the bleed screw passes to the opposite port at rest. When the lever is moved, flow is stopped to the opposite port (without the bleed screw) and diverted to a work port in that valve. Is it safe to assume this port without the bleed screw is the P port?

No you can not switch pressure and tank on that valve. The tank port s probably rated for 350 PSI or less.

My guess would be pressure is in the center but that is 100% pure guess.

What size are the ports on that valve? I might have an old Vickers catalog on some of their mobile valves.

Interesting thought about the P port in the center. I had not considered this. I will investigate.

Have you read my post #13? I suspect you missed it.

This was helpful. Using the dimensions on the part drawing I was able to “believe” it is a CM11 series valve and not a CM2 series. I need to look more carefully for an identifier. There are several 1/16” characters stamped onto the surface of some of the blocks.

Also, I was able to see the control lever configuration. Theirs is one piece while my design is four pieces.

I was able to decode the characters stamped on this Vickers valve. CM11NO1 R20D as follows:

CM11- series
NO- no modifications
1- describes the thread size of each port
R- standard relief valve (partial flow bypass)
20- system relief valve setting (2000psi)
D- double acting
