I've come to love my hydraulic top link on my IH Lo-Boy 185, so much so that it's going to be standard equipment on all my machines.

I wasn't lucky enough to have the optional aux circuits on my Deutz-Allis 5215, but I plan on adding some.

The plan:
A.) Interrupt the pump output and run it through a Chief 2 Spool 4 Way 3 Pos Tandem Ctr Valve (P/N 220907). According to the folks at Baileys I will need to use the 220-915 power beyond plug to make this work. Pump output to the 2 spool valve, power beyond back to the factory circuit and all returning back to the tank via a T in the suction line.

B.) After sourcing the valve I went ahead and fabricated a mount. Made from 2x2x1/8 tubing and 1/4" plate it should be plenty sturdy while position the valve in an easy to reach place.

More to come as the build progresses.

I painted & reinstalled the valve mount.

After a little research I found that Grabber Green is "close enough" to the original Deutz color.
There was no sense trying to match the sun faded paint.

Where is the relief valve located on your tractor? You want the relief to be the first item on the pump outlet to protect the pump from over pressure.

I would not tie the tank lines into the pump suction or did you mean the existing tank line for the existing circuit?
