I just bought a M4700DT w/ FEL and need to get it home. Sunbelt rents 12', 14', and 18' trailers with a GVWR that's sufficient.

Do y'all think a 14' would handle it? I've got an 18' that I need to get inspected, but I need to pick up the tractor next week I think.

I just measured my 5100 at about 14ft with only the loader and tractor. So I'd load it on the 18 to be safe. Especially if you have a rear implement. I tow mine on a 22ft and it fills it up quick with a rear implement.

Thanks - no rear implement (I missed out on my bid for the 5' Bushog that was sold at the same time).

/edit - just spoke to Sunbelt, they only have a 14' locally.
OrangeToys - was that 14' from the back of the furthest reach of the tractor to the tip of the lowered loader?
