Anyone have any luck rebuilding the mower deck gear box? A buddy said his was noisy and leaking, took it apart thinking bad bearing, but the nut had backed of the shaft, which caused some galling on the bearings. No break down in the parts manual and unable to read part numbers on the bearings.

Anyone use a sickle bar on a 2720?

Got the 830 out of the barn for the first time this year, will be driving it in the home town Labor Day parade on Mon.

Not a tractor, but added some cool LED lites to the ZT.

"POPS" or backfires through the intake on first start of the day sporadically, any ambient temp., 570 hrs., valves have been adjusted 3x's, 91 octane ethanol free gas, spark plugs replaced every 200 hours, air filter clean, fuel filter been replaced. Just curious if anyone has experienced this...
