I have approx 30 ac of hay field and pasture that has never been plowed or anything. hay production is way down even with lime and fert. would a subsoiler help? how when is the best time to use it. i realiy dont want to tear up the field.how close do you make passes. thanks in advance
it's time to change hyd +trans oil. hyd + trans+brakes run together. manual says use 75w or 80w with gl4 rating. this is what it recommends. shell donax td. mobil fluid 422. tractelf bf 12.tractelf C4 1000. exxon torque fluid 56. I have not been able to find any of these. are these oils 75 or...
to those of you who know, in the drum mower line witch is better quialty ? witch is heaver built? will do the best job over the long haul? ccm or zetor or something else?

all posts talk about drum mowers on smaller tractors. is 75 hp to much? does it pile up the hay do you have to tedder it? i have only seen 2 brands ztr jf. does anyone know anything about these 2 brands? Thanks for replys
what a difference a bigger tractor makes. i did in 1/2 hour what i wouldn't of been able to do at all. moving round bales. my A-C wd would't been able to move them in the snow +ice picked up 1800# bales like it was nothing well it was for 7520. a strugle to say the least for wd but i used it...
