I found this 110 volt winch in Harbor Freight tools for under $100, and find it very helpful. It lifts up to 440lbs.

I had a Bready garden tractor as a boy. It had a Clinton engine, and a very strange "dog" and rachet type open rearend. Is wasn't the walkbehind model but a true garden tractor with little Ag tires! Anyone know where to find a picture or info on it? I tried yesterdays tractors, no luck.
