I’m having trouble sealing a threaded hydraulic fitting on my tractor. I’ve tried Teflon tape and it started leaking after a day, so I removed the tape, cleaned it real good and used loctite 545 and again it began leaking after 1 day. Looking for advice has to what I should use to correct this...

Leveled fresh gravel for the driveway. Installed new wicked 60 root rake grapple. The grapple is going to be fun to work with.

Thanks for the suggestion, my thought was to just bend the current bracket either 45 or 90 degrees and all will be good and no out of pocket expense.

Good point, the specs call for GL4 in front axle. The Lucas I used is rated at GL5 and is a non synthetic. I wonder if using the Lucas will do any harm? When I got the tractor back from a dealer after some warranty work and the front axle was 2 qts low so I used the Lucas to top it off.

Is Lucas 80w-90 Heavy Duty Gear oil a good choice for front axle?

Thanks for the reply! I’ll keep that in mind when looking for tires. Hopefully I‘ll talk with the dealer on Monday and at the very least find out if the size i need is in stock or available without a long wait.

Both front tires on my 2020 MT345e have a cut in between the treads. Does anyone know if the tires are covered under warranty? I haven’t been able to reach the dealer today.
