I've recently gone through the process of sorting this out on my 4340. The picture is the block where the hoses come from going to the valve. The "P" port is pump (out) "R" is return (in), and "T" is low pressure return or tank. I'd try swapping R & T, and that should solve the problem.

Ok, a little more help. I'm adding the diagram from the manual, which is poorly translated. On the diagram, the manual states: Outlet is P, Inlet is R, Drain is T. I've looked, and on the tractor, "P" on the valve is attached to P, T to T, and the "out" port on the spool valve to R. Thanks again...
