Could it be the safety controller? Fuses and relays look good. Hoping it’s just a wire but can’t find it.

Bypassed all safety switches one by one to eliminate them. Jumped starer and cranks but won’t start. Key switch is good.

Yes all look good and getting voltage

New holland would run intermittently and finally gave out. No glow plug light, no crank. Cleaned both fuel filters. Has cracked flasher unit but not seeing how or if that would be the culprit. Any advice on what to check next? Have crank when jumping selenoid btw. Thanks!
