I recently bought an lb2204. It's been a real pain to get started and its really not that cold, high 30s low 40s. I put some new glow plugs in it, two of them tested bad. It still is hard to start. I'll hold the key on preheat for thirty seconds or so, crank it, and repeat. Usually takes 5 or 6...
