Thanks for the reply 5030,
So far I've put about 70hrs on my tractor since turning the fuel up without any issues. The pyrometer was more of a gauge to measure how much it increased in temps from stock. The stress test of going up the hill was as hard as I've ever used it. At the top...
Any mechanically controlled fuel diesel engine can be turned up like this. The CK2510 can be but it's just got a slightly smaller 1.4 liter engine. The Kubota's smaller engines are very similar to this like the L2501.
These 2 videos will show you everything you need to know on turning the fuel up on a Kioti CK2610, CK2620, CX2510 or a Bobcat CT2025 tractor.
These tractors all share the base 1.6 liter 3A165 mechanically controlled diesel engine. You can cut the protective cap off the fuel screw and also...
A fact of physics, more power means more stress on whatever the power is applied to.
I'm not worried about it though. I'll add in that the hydro pump is a little quieter now with the 424 fluid vs whatever it had in it.
For anyone interested, tractor does seem to have a tad more grunt now. Not sure if it was going to the full synthetic engine oil or the better Mobil 424 hydro oil but it seems to have a touch better power in high gear.
Will be doing a video on how to turn the fuel up later on.
Complete 50 and 200 hour serviceservice on a CX2510 and the engine oil and filter will be the same on a CX2510, CK2610, and a CK2620. All oil and filter changes.
Everything you would want to know is in this video, it also shows a way to change hydro filters without loosing any fluid.
All...
My CX2510 is a 2020 model and I had 2 of them safety boxes go out in the 1st year. Both replaced under warranty but still a pain. I haven't had a problem in 3 years and they said they updated that safety box to fix the issue on the 2020-2021's.
For anyone searching for a fix for this in the...
I was tagged in this thread so I will chime in.
I bought mine from LSE and have mixed feelings about them as a dealer. I choose them since they were the cheapest being they are in TN and I live in NC. No sales tax.
I had the lower bolts on the rear casing/bellhousing completely drop out while...
Unfortunatly I'm sure they are. Here is they reply I got about my issues. Credit to offering me to refill it but it doesn't sound like they care to fix the root cause.

6 months later the bank is fully covered, I plan on letting it grow like a hay field and mowing it this fall. Most of the tall is still the Rye grass, the fescue is starting to fill in under and should pop through when the Rye dies off.
