Good morning, I'm going to be starting to rebuild my 47" snowblower for the John Deere 425. Unfortunately it has been in pieces for a couple years now and am looking for a good schematic on how to put it back together? Also I will be ordering some beer bearings for it and want to make sure that...
Has anyone tried to get their 425 mower decks hooked up to the power Flo baggers? Just wondering if there are any after market places to purchase the bagger?
I have 48" mower deck on a 425GT.
Or is there an equivalent mower deck to fit the 425,445 or 455 with a bagger system?
So I need to order a few more parts and have found there are a bunch of different spec codes for this engine? AS00 - AS24? With others?
I have concluded I have a 1996 Fd620d put together in the 425 early 97.
Product identification number M00425A053230.
Our does it even matter which one it is...
Figured I would start a new thread of where I'm at. ...
So from start had issues starting 425... came up with faulty cam shaft which it was. I have removed engine from tractor removed crank cover and was very easy to remove cam shaft, just have to make sure to line up the crank shaft mark with...
Tractor has been running good for years but now won't start?
It is a 425 carbureted and cranks over but won't fire up?
I have tried replacing gas and new gas filter, pulled plugs, looked ok and seems to be sparking.
With choke on and air filter cover off there is definitely gas going in and it...
Well I decided on some Duo H chains for the B2650 and put them on today a don't have enough clearance.
So obviously I need to get rear wheel spacers, anyone know what exactly I need to get? Also is installation something that I can tackle or do I need to take it in to the dealer?
Looking at getting chains for the B2650 as using the fel for snow removal. I have the AG tires and worried that ladder style will get lost in the tread? Any recommendations or experience would be greatly appreciated. Thinking possible going with a Duo grip h pattern?
I am looking for the options of installing a snowblower on the B2650. I have the fel with quick attach and front hydraulics and the BH77.
The cheaper of the options will be a 3 point but I have been used to running a front mount on small John Deer Garden Tractor. Will have to remove the back hoe...
Good morning, I'm having a major issue with my 47" front quick attach snowblower. It appears the right auger shaft is not engaging inside the gear box? Due to the age of this blower I'm wondering if it is worth trying to repair or look at moving to a larger snowblower for the kubota B2650?
I do...

Hey guys, I have a 425 Garden Tractor and have been having intermittent troubles with it starting. It appears to loose spark and after researching and screwing around with it I think it is the Delay Module.... Will be putting a new one in and hoping it will solve the problem?? Wanted to get this...
Had the new B2650 delivered on Wed. Dealer showed me how to take the hoe on and off.
After he left I noticed some hyd. fluid on the plate below the controls of the hoe. Upon looking closer I saw a drip from the little hyd. contol box. I did manage to get a wrench in there but is extremely tight...
Hey there, finally had the new B2650 delivered on Wed. and the manual says to break in slowly but doesn't give an rpm to keep the engine at.
Any suggestions on running for the break in time would be appreciated.
Still waiting for delivery of the B2650..... Hopefully next week at latest?
Anyways have been looking at some of the posts with debris grapples and think it is the way to go but realize that the B2650 will be limited on lifting.
So am wondering if a bucket grapple would be worth putting on or...
