I am at the point of life where I am trying to figure out what I should be when I grow up! In 2027, I plan to give up the full time day job. Am hoping the boss will allow me to keep playing on his 200 acre property building trails and caring for the land. Seems to be a big interest for me these days.

The property is in the Blue Ridge Mountains, has a rise of 400 feet bottom to top, slopes to 12 degrees on the big meadow (15 acres) with most of the property being heavily wooded. We're building trails and providing access mostly for recreation and maintenance. The tractor is for mowing, road maintenance, and trail maintenance/creation.

I have put 500 hours in on the tractor and still consider myself a novice. Maybe a seasoned novice now?
