I have an LK 3054. When I turn the start for glow plug it heats up but when I turn to start nothing happens. Can anyone give me some advice. Battery is OK, cables terminal are clean. Thanks in advice.

I have an lk3054 kioti that will not start. I checked the battery it is ok, checked connections ok, the glow plug will work however when you turn the key to start nothing happens. I checked the fuses in the fuse box they are ok. Is there another fuse located somewhere? I can't find it if...
