Ran out of fuel. Refueled and changed the fuel "element". Tried bleeding the injectors but now no fuel nor bubbles coming out injector. Please advise. Also anyone have parts print? Nothing in the manual covers the injection system.

In order to start the tractor I have to put one foot on the brake (normal procedure), I ALS0 have to have the other foot pressing down on the reverse pedal. If I let go of the reverse pedal the tractor goes forward. If I try to start the normal way the engine dies as if it's engaged. Also there...
