I need new four lug front wheels that fit a 5-12 tire for a mitsubishi mt1601d 4wd. Old ones cracked again since I welded them 5 years ago, only worse.

I am trying to find new 4 lug 12" wheels or used ones in good shape. I welded up the ones I have 5 years ago, but they are cracking again, only worse. The tire size is 5-12 if anyone has them.

Messed up and left tractor out in hard rain, transmission shifter boot is torn and water contaminated hydraulic oil. Drained and flushed system twice, but cannot get hydraulics back up and working other than implement lift will raise slowly, used to raise fast. Did I mess up the pump too? Have...
