I just got my cas off my broken arm and was finally able to get the blower off, now to get the deck on and start mowing! People can't figure out why I wash my mower arter every use, I say just look at it, it looks like new, I want to keep it that way as long as I can

I have a 1999 JD 325 yard tractor, does anyone know how to by-pass so when you put it in reverse the deck don't stop? ( besides lifting up on the lever) mowing it isn't so bad, but snowblowing it is a pain.. Thank you for any replies <font color="green"> </font>
