I broke my right side tie rod today. I'm planning to replace both parts. Any advice / hints on how to do this? I've never done it before. Thanks in advance.

Glow plugs are energized

The light on the dash stays on when tractor is running. I have read the prior posts on this subject and replaced the glow plug relay and the timer key stop without any change. What's the next steps to diagnose? I have already invested a good chunk of $ and time going for the easy quick stuff...

Stalling/bogging in H range on hills is totally normal on my L3901. I use M range for almost everything and rare stall the engine on hills or working a pile with the FEL.

Does anyone have the owner's manual or instructions for putting this back onto my tractor. I took it off o.k. but I can't seem to get the dang thing back on. Assistance would be highly appreciated. It it not the same as the LA682.

Does anyone know the part names or numbers for the front metal cover and light assembly for an L3710, and/or know a good used parts dealer? I had a little incident with a log in the woods today. Obviously I was moving and looking backwards at the time. Thankfully only cosmetic damage. Phew...

I just replaced the front tires on my L3710. I was thinking this would be a good time to repair or replace the tie rods. Both have small bends in them as you can see in the pictures. Dealer is quoting > $800 for OEM replacements. Is it possible to just get them bent back to near straight or...

Thanks everyone for the input. I'll grind it flush and get the proper punch. @Oosik here' the actual replacment tooth. Ignore the bolt, it will get a roll pin, but you get the idea.

Can anyone help me figure out how to get this busted roll pin out of my tooth bar so I can replace the tooth? It's 20 y.o. so it must be super rusted on. I tried hammer and punch, but that didn't work, partly because I can't get a straight shot because of the teeth on either side. I tried...

I finished replacing the drive belt, both idler pulleys and clutch. All better now. Thanks everyone for your help.

So my X304 is making a terrible squealing noise up front in the area of the driveshaft and PTO clutch. Strangely, it only happens when the PTO is NOT engaged. It is perfectly silent whenever the PTO is engaged. Is there something up there other than the PTO clutch, like a bushing or bearing...

I got to tow my friend's BX about 10 miles today with the new trailer behind my Ram 1500 w/ 5.7. The trailer towed very nicely. Truck did fine too, never really broke a sweat.
