Importing and modifying a new mini excavator from China

I'm looking forward to hearing more about this MP46. Several of this type sold today at a local auction for about $6-7k.

This worked. I connected another wire to ground and connected it to the other side of the switch. Thanks!

Importing and modifying a new mini excavator from China

I've been slowly modifying and improving my little excavator. I recently wondered if it was possible to have the light switches illuminate when in the ON position. I popped a switch out of the dash and disassembled it and was surprised to see an LED and resistor installed. I'm not an electrical...

Importing and modifying a new mini excavator from China

@dfkrug I'm trying to add hydraulic oil filtration on my next excavator purchase. I've requested a filter on the return line. I've asked for photos of their filter system and the supplier has sent what looks like a strainer and not a filter. They're saying it's inside the hydraulic tank and...

    My 3.5 Ton Jiahe

Assuming it takes the same path as mine did: Busan, Korea to Panama will take about 3 weeks. My ship then sailed for another week to NYC and unloaded before heading south to Norfolk.

You can ask for the ISF paperwork from the supplier. It should contain the vessel name. Or just ask your contact for the vessel name. You can then track the vessel.

Subscribed to your thread. Did you happen to see the vessel name on your ISF forms?

I'll look back and find your post. They're assuring me the YFE10S has hydraulic fluid filtration, cooling and is equipped with the B&S gas engine. Thanks for your comments

Importing and modifying a new mini excavator from China

Yes, that is what the agent I'm working with through alibaba is telling me. I'm using 50% as a worst case scenario number. I'm glad to hear it should be less than that.
