Hey, I bought a rebuilt Yanmar 1300D a couple months ago. It ran great until the other day when the fuel filter sprang a leak. I fixed that and now it won't start. I filled the tank and primed the fuel line -but it still won't turn over. It tries, but just won't turn over. I'm new to...
