I'm having problems getting my ford 1900 started. I have replaced the glo plugs, rebuilt the starter. When I try to start it. I turn the key left for 30 seconds. The glo plug indicator is glowing. The engine turns over and fires, but won't start. White smoke comes out but it still wont start...

I wanted to flip my front tire around to make my tractor have a wider foot print and be inline with my rear tires. Is it ok to rotate from side to side and put the tires on the opposite sides. Put the dished out side of the tire out?
