I know kioti has hydro on a few models but up to a certain hp, any word on hydro on anything higher?

Theres no reason i cant add an air intake snorkel to a 6 wheel atv right? I was told that you can submerge a diesel/gas engine in water aslong as you have the air intake above water and the exhast out too.. is this right? The image is how id like to have it.
