Has anyone ever had it in 4wd, power up in low low to scoop and pick up dirt with the front end loader, hear a loud clank and then it clank when you are in 4wd and not clank in 2wd? If you have, did you find out what the problem was and could you fix it yourself?

All of a sudden we can't change gears on our Farmtrac 555DTC! Right now it is stuck in 2nd gear. We can manipulate the gear shift handle and even put it in the neutral position, but it is still in gear. We've let the tractor roll forward and tried shifting. Did the same for backward. No dice...
