Got this issue fixed tonight the o-ring on the HPCO adaptor had been nipped during assembly and that was the leak path to the return side. New o-ring fitted and my 3 pt linkage is working as it should.
Your correct, when I disconnect the return line to the tank, the 3 pt linkage works as it should, strangely the loader also seems to work fine..... cant make any sense of that as I thought the return line would have been for the oil being discharged in the opposite direction of the ram movement...
Thanks I will do and report back, if I block the out port, I gather I am then forcing oil down the HPCO as thats the only route out, will that affect anything else.
The leaking loader spool valves have been fitted now for some time, I went back and fitted the replacement set bought and after receiving replacement spools for the internals they still would not work as they should,
So I bought a Kontak 3 slice 2nd hand, removed one slice replaced the O-rings...
Its been a while, I have an analogue taco, but it does not read in reverse:( (the direction the pto shaft spins) if I remember correctly I did use the wheel attachment, thanks
Thats interesting, I thought gear 1 was 540 pto speed. maybe this is why my finishing mower is not cutting 100% although its doing a fairly good job. I must up it to pto 2 and see. thanks.

I did quite a bit of figuring out on my loader rebuild, if you look back for a TX 2160 loader and backhoe long term project thread, here somewhere in this link TX 2160F, with front loader and backhoe, long term project
you will see some information.
Your one is the lower on that page, filter 18 or 18a, I am going to guess possibly the other is for the hydrostatic tractor, my parts list covers both types of tractor, mine is iseki 2140,2160 plus hydrostatic,
Thats not it, thats the high pressure side, suppling your 3 point linkage, check out the end of the larger diameter pipe, approx 20-25mm OD, below the leaver for either high and low or 4 wheel drive in your photo attached forwards and down.
