Parking area of snowy cars, how is it heated, or not. Floor heat helps it dry out. That is what I have along with floor drains. Because each drain is for one car and one door, the floor just sloops to the drain under the car area. Back wall along the work benches is flat. Jon

And as of today, we are still clearing up from our April Fool's joke. Power line people had another crew in there today that had leaners over the lineson the road edge ROW. Making more for me to cleanup for firewood. Dad's plce is up to 15 large burn piles and more need to be built. Jon
Fiber is by the co-op power company serving this area. Hence on the poles for the mainlines. Home drops follow your powerline, ie either on the poles and/or underground. Underground is in orange flexible conduit, with pull boxes every 400 to 500ft between them. Jon
I got it also. Right now wish I would have a dish. Waited for fiber from the power company, got it last fall. It was great. Ice storm came through first of April, and they basically had to rebuild the system. Main lines, poles, and house drops. Jon
Our tile in the kitchen is laid on top of cement board over 3/4" OSB. In the laundry room the tile is laid over "Detra" plastic grid material over the OSB. The plastic grid contains the electric wire for heating the floor. Don't know if the OSB has 1/8" gaps. I know the builder used a sledge...
I think our April's Fool was spent starting to clean up from the weekend ice storm in northern Michigan. March came in like a lion and went out worse. Jon
He should have driven over the mid section. Around here they soon learned they needed to remove the inside hard curbs when the circle was too small in diamter. Jon
Is the bottom fairly clean? Dad's being spring fed and creek fed, gets a lot of silt. Which makes like a quick sand, loose your boot in stuff. BTDT. My prior post is to just point the fact of being able to get out of pond after falling in. Jon
Dad has 3 ponds that were put in in the 1950's. Became natural streams in the cedar swamp. They all have a shallow edge in the water. Meaning a youngster that fell in could stand up and then get out. Too steep of an edge is about impossible to walk out of. Out about 6ft then the pond bottom...
