My 3 point ballast project is almost finished. Basically it is 3- 2ft. pieces of sch. 40, 8" pipe standing vertical. I am filling each piece with metal stamping scraps. (very heavy) My FEL has a rated capacity of 1100 lbs. The ballast can weigh as much as 800 lbs.

I've been running Universal fluid for quite some time, but now when running the PTO for a long period "log splitter" or "finish mower" I notice a clanking sound from the PTO. Happens only when fluid is hot. My manual says SAE #80 which I always thought was gear oil, this seems rather thick for...

Would a Buck owner please look at their tractor and tell me where the neg. battery terminal is connected to the chassic. I split my tractor and it is all back together but I'm not sure where the cable was connected.....it's not real long, so there's not too many choices...thanks

I had a clanking noise from the center section, found one of the coulping set bolts had came out and was rattling around.......this is the clutch shaft to transmission coulping. Now to figure out how much force to set these bolts, when I tighten all the way the clutch shaft doesn't run out true...

Any tips?.......I've built a pair of splitting stands and am ready to go.

I bought a new TYM 233 about 2 weeks ago, but I wanted Ag. tires instead of industrial.....The dealer delivered it with the industrials and ordered the ags. They came out today and switched them and I couldn't believe it........ The Ags. were Goodyears, MADE IN THE USA............:D:D:D:D

Been looking for a sub compact in the 20 to 25 HP range.... About settled on a Massey GC2600 with loader, then walked into a TYM dealer just for a looksee. He showed me a T233 for exactly the same money, but this tractor weighs 500 more pounds, is larger and has much larger tires and wheels...

Does this machine have a one way "ratchet" in the PTO drive?

Hi everyone.... the first one has lasted over 30 years, I need one to mow, tow firewood trailers, and would really like a FEL. 20 to 24 HP should do the job, a lot has changed and I am not sure about this HST stuff!!!
