The saw starts first pull and runs fine but it has no power I have adjusted the carb. It is also blowing a brown oil from the exaust smokes a lot.

I have 2 chainsaws. the first is a very old sthil there is plenty of fuel in it but it is only running half way up the fuel line. I have cleaned the carb and fuel lines and all seem to be ok. Im not sure of the make of the second. It is very hard to pull the starter rope. I removed the...
