its overheating and some of it has melted..prior to my owning it.
is there a fuse box avail or at least a cover since mine is missing
the dirt and moisture getting in there Is causing problems and now the lights are not working
when its running I feel air coming back out the filter thru the little rubber duckbill looking thing. revs go up so does airflow. oils good.coolants good...tight valve? talked to a guy who messes with antiques and he said the 3 cyl dzls do that unless its really bad its ok...

so the front 2wd axle kingpins on my 3500 hr 5210 are looking pretty bad..well real bad actually....so is it reapairable stuff or does the axle have to be replaced?
mines pretty brittle and has a leak now..just wanna replace it....

took it to the dealer.they said its normal due to diff gear ratios front to back and gave me a service bulletin that says only to use 4x4 when necessary..as if I can anticipate when im going to get stuck. and of what imploding in the diff as the gears are coming unmeshed of the little pieces and...
either to buy or a free download would be better. haven't had any luck searching online..just cant find one. I can print it if its avail...lots of kaw manuals out there but not for this one

on my bx2200..800 hrs the lines rubbed thur behind the loader mounts. gotta take half the tractor apart to weld em cuz they didnt bother putting any rubber or anyhting there to isolate them..bunch o crap..
took it off right after I got it cuz it wont fit under the trees. the btm is rusty but its been in my barn since it was new

mostly disassembled. drivetrain is together..sheetmetals off. rad is out..all the little parts are gone..knobs/ labels/hoses.
was told it needed an oil pump when it was parked and the pony motor has a cracked head. they just pull started it for yrs til they took it apart.

so i got a 5210 and am doing what i need to..oils/filters etc.
got alotta fittings that wont take grease. got a 540 self leveling loader on it and it hasnt seen alott agrease apparently.
got a tool from grainger to try to unplug em...aint worth beans
going to try heating them next and forcing...
so i need a rod seal for a bucket tilt on a 541 loader..so i figure its gonna be pricey but it really wasnt.
so i buy the kit and take the cyl off.
now keep in mind that the cyl requires 2 kits. one for the rod end..one for the piston end.
so heres the kicker...ya need a special pos plastic...
