790 with a 300 FEL, brand new, FEL won't lower to the ground... I am guessing this is an air bubble but not comfortable yet working with hydraulics and this is obviously retaining pressure. Doesn't matter if it is on or off... quick help on what should be a simple question??? THANKS - Matt
