I have a lx279 17 hp kawi, hydro drive. It will barely back up and will not back up a hill at all. engine runs fine it seems to be in the tranny. The tranny is full of oil, I bought the correct oil at the JD dealer. Any ideas or suggestions will be appreciated.

I have a lx279 that I bought used so no manual. I like it and the engine runs fine, but he won't hardly back up. It has no power, seems to be in the transmission. The tranny fluid level is fine. It never had good power backing up but it has gotten worse. Does it have a tranny filter that could...
