Cleaned out my sediment bowl yesterday and when I reinstalled it and turned the fuel back on it would not fill up the bowl. In the manual it said something about the fuel return line's must be blocked but it does not show where the lines are or where they go.
Any help? Once someone tells me...
Would drilling into the large metal part just above the bucket harm the loader. I'm talking of the area where the standard hydrulic lines arre attached, I want to bolt an angle on there for my bulkhead fitting to the grapple. Probably only need 2 holes for bolts.
A piece of property I purchased had a mobil home on it and I removed the mobil home. The power to the home was plugged into a box on the meter pole with a 4 prong 125/250V 50amp plug and now I am going to build a small shed there. Can I make some sort of extension box that uses this 4 prong...
Going to set up a fuel transfer system to use for both diesel and kerosene out of 55 gallon drums. I have been looking at Northern T&E and will probably go with the model FR1620 pump for ease of switching between tanks plus flexibility to pump from other containers if needed. Now to the...
If you are using a rotary hand pump with a 8' hose do they make a nozzle for it that will auto shut-off when your tank fuel level reaches the nozzle.
I would like to set up a drum for fuel but where it will be located I will not be able to pump and watch the tractor tank fuel level at the same...
Does anyone find that the hole in the drawbar is extremely large? At least on my TC40 the drawbar hole must be about 1 1/2" in diameter and any attachment I have only takes about a 3/4" bolt; such as a clevis or tongue on my wagon.
Thoughts, comments?
No I am not tileing my tractor!
I am putting up a tile backsplash and have a question about an inside corner. Do you place one tile dead into the corner then leave your grout gap between that tile and your next tile running down the other wall. Or do you leave a grout gap directly in the...
I have about 30 gallons of Kerosene I salvaged from a tank that supplied fuel for an old mobil home. The Kerosene is probably 5 years old and I used it last year in my torpedo heater without any problems. I now have the furnace from that mobil home in my garage and I want to use the Kerosene...
Does anyone have one of their grappels?
For my TC40 and 16LA loader they suggest the RBG-60 unit which is 567 lbs but I'm more inclined to get the RBG2-48 at 325 lbs or the RBG2-60 at 365 lbs. Of course they are being cautions because they do not know how it will be used. I know Island...
With all my searching I have only found two places that makes a toothbar that will fit over a bolt on cutting edge. One place is Berlon and the other is New Holland and I don't hear many people getting this style of toothbar. The cost of one of these is about double over the ones that do not...
Was pulling some logs out for firewood Saturday and noticed that my temp wasn't going up. Felt the hoses and they only felt warm, not hot, so I was thinking probably the thermostat; pulled the wire off the sensor and the needle dropped completely.
No internet where my tractor is located so...
I have a 10 year old 5' bush hog with a slip clutch on it that that has never been maintained. Well this weekend I loosened all the bolts and attempted to have the clutch slip but was not able to make it slip. With all the tension off the springs I ran it through heavy grass, cut low into the...
