Hey Phantom, I have the RK37 which is made by TYM. All the original filters had TYM markings so rather than drive a 40 mile round trip...

I agree with Rj. Looks like a bleeder valve to remove air trapped in fuel system after filter change and ect.

Are you talking about the arms on the front end loader or 3 point hitch? Did this just start or has it been an issue from the start?

I looked at my manual for the RK37 and it says to change the oil ever 250 hours or one year which ever comes first. I don't change mine...
