Do scalloped discs work any better than round ones?

I picked up a seeder on a tool bar, but it's just a bar without any lower or upper hitch pins. I need a 3-point "triangle" that clamps or welds on to the tool bar. Anyone know where to buy one?

The old lower back was complaining, so I made a stand for the Delta hitch and the middle buster that I could back the tractor and hook right up. We put them together with some old 2x lumber and stainless steel screws.

We have a 2 row Cole Multiflex with the double seed hoppers. On the inside of the lid is printed info on plant spacing with different gears and plates, but the lettering is worn off and unreadable. I found info on the seed plates on the Cole website but nothing on seed spacing. Can anyone help...
