    Particulate filter

I went through two def tanks for my m5-111. The last recall was the fix. No problems for the last few years. It regens often. Probably because I don't run it hard enough. I don't like that when I am mowing, and the dpf is about full I can't do a manual regen. It's not that easy doing loader work...

Quick question about Fords pro back up assist.

It's on my superduty, but I have never used it. I might id i did have to setup each trailer for it with stickers or something. Also, I turned on backup brake assist to try out. I put a set of traffic cones behind me and backed up. When the truck put the brakes on, my back tire was centered on...

Grease - is there no better way? Can we talk about this?

Grease will dry out in less than a year.

    I've been had! Well,........ manipulated!

I wish I had grandkids to take to the beach. I remember 30 years ago when I stayed at the Banff Springs hotel on my honeymoon. The dude at the desk asked if I would like to leave the room on my Amex card. I thought hard for while wondering what the heck a Amex card was. Then it hit me, he was...

    Medical Cost

Also, not everyone pays. Those that do pick up the tab for those that don't. My daughter's 1 week stay in the trama center and two surgeries were just over $100,000. Insurance picked it up. Blue cross is suing the guy who hit them to get their money back. He had the lowest tier insurance, so...

    Backhoe attachment crack

Is that a swing motor? All fords i ever saw had cylinders to swing the boom. You will never find a parts for that. Part it out, or junk it.

I Went To Purchase A New Mini-Excavator And This Happened.....

I have a kx080. But if I wanted a smaller machine I would have no problem with that one.

    what size rotary cutter ?

I thought my l4630 could handle most anything with a 6 foot cutter. Used it last week to cut a field and it struggled. Weeds were about 5ft tall. I have had my 8 ft on my m5-111 and it stalled the tractor down. Switched to a 10ft batwing and it never slowed down.

    HST or gear-drive?

If farming or making money the hst will use more fuel than a gear drive. To me it doesn't matter about fuel. My time is more valuable than diesel, that's why I bought a 15ft mower and a 100hp tractor.

I Went To Purchase A New Mini-Excavator And This Happened.....

If all they sell mostly bx sized stuff, then yes. If they sell a lot of the M sized equipment, then no they won't go under. My equipment doesn't stay clean long. I bought it to do work.

I Went To Purchase A New Mini-Excavator And This Happened.....

That machine is new. It's just been sitting on a dusty dealer lot. Every machine I looked at in the past 30 years, they tell me to run it around the lot and try it out. The last one I tried the lot was muddy from rain, and tracks got dirty. That grease zerk pic tells me they at least put...

    Starlink

True. My wire less system can only do 600 mbits. If wired, I have seen 1.9 gig. My router has a 25gig to the isp. It averages 35meg. And we stream everything.

    Starlink

With g-pon it's not symmetrical. The company can make it symmetrical, but it's something like 2.5g down and 1g up. Very few people need 500 up.

They still are good for that. Just need to equip them for the job. I would drive through anything in my d6. It was an open cab with a nice cage around it.
