    Buying Advice Flail mower

ideally, seeing it run would be good. if it's not cutting even and clean- then new flails or sharpenning may be needed. Being able to buy new flails to fit may be an issue. Looking at the pic, it appears that mower hasn't run in some time. The flails look fairly worn. $500 could buy you your...

    kioti ck 20s

May want to start in the fusebox which is under the hood on the operator end. Though having multiple things go out could mean a wiring harness.

    DK45 radiator questions

The tanks on either end are a high temp nylon, with aluminum fins. If its in the aluminum, its so thin, its probably not fixable. If its in the 'plastic', plastic welding is possible. Rads are expensive. Mine went on a 3yr old tractor from the inside out... strangest thing...

    CK3510SE Radiator "rotten"

Soooo... happy day. I went back to dealer with rad. Spoke with manager, and as luck would have it, service guy and mechanic were there too. New rad on order, and dealer and kioti figuring out payment. They couldn't believe a rad could leak in 3 years either. So I took it out of my trunk and said...

    CK3510SE Radiator "rotten"

Ive been looking at many. I can see any damage with my naked eye and a flashlight, and the fins were absolutely unmarked before I took to rad shop. There is the protective screens between the battery and rad, and there is no damage or corresponding issues on them. Looking at Bobcat CT235 and...

    CK3510SE Radiator "rotten"

Thanks for the info. I see Bobcat CT line is supposed to be nearly a kioti CK series. $200 less. This is a pic of the rad. I've circled the spots that have corroded from the inside out. The fins were moved by the rad shop when they were looking to see if they could repair.

    CK3510SE Radiator "rotten"

The leak(s) are not in the 'plastic, they are in the fins, about 2" from the bottom of the aluminum part of the rad, and about 4" from each side. They are only visible due to the rad shop using a pick tool to try and see if he could fix it.

this is from the inside out. there was no indication of damage, like bent or melted fins.

    CK3510SE Radiator "rotten"

I have done all necessary maintenance and preventative maintenance. I too, am baffled as to why this has happened. Although I also wonder why I've had to replace axle seals on both sides twice... with one side needing it again. I believe I have the "built on a friday afternoon" model.

    CK3510SE Radiator "rotten"

Since my dealer didn't/wouldn't remove the rad to see what the issue was, I did. Then I took it to a reputable rad shop in hopes they could repair for far less than $800. They were the ones that informed me there was no damage done (i.e stick into rad) and that they couln't fix it because it was...

    CK3510SE Radiator "rotten"

hello all, I have looked through a number of threads and haven't found one re: this problem- Kioti CK3510SE Hst, bought February or 2020, nearly a year ago I had my local dealer check out coolant weeping from what looked like the lower rad. Dealer said "no problem, just a loose hose clamp"...
