I'm thinking about getting a new rotary cutter. Don't want to spend a bunch so thought the King Kutter might work fine for my needs. The gearbox is rated at 40hp. My tractor is 45hp (engine) and 36hp (pto). Is the gearbox rating related to the engine or pto hp rating?

I'm new to the pack - just bought a DK45HSE a couple weeks ago. I've noticed that when the tractor is running at about 2K rpm, the position control lever vibrates down. didn't do this the first week, but now second week its become frequent. Is there an adjustment on this lever to tighten it up?
