    Meet Molly

Well my wife and I spent Sunday morning searching for small dogs on the Internet. Trying to get educated on small breeds. We had to have our Tucker put to sleep several weeks ago after 15 years of living with us.:( He was a great little guy, a Min-Pin yes, but 100% Doberman at heart. Anyway, we...

    Canning question

We haven't canned for about six years but will most likely start back this year. My question is that since we canned last we have bought a ceramic top stove. Someone was telling my wife she can't can on a smooth, glass top stove. The owners manual just says use flat bottom cookware, and does not...

    Garage painted at last

Well I finally got our garage cleaned out and painted. I'll be using this as a short term workshop while we remodel our rec room. The before picture was taken just after we bought the house and I installed a garage door opener. The drywall was a nightmare. Looked like the prior owner used a 4"...

    Got Wood

I had the day off so I got busy cutting a hickory blowdown up. We plan to use this for the front of a bar in our rec room. The bar idea will be very similar to RobS's bar in his post on his basement remodeling. The Hickory is around 14 1/2 " in diameter and I cut them just over 11' so I can get...

    Filled front tires

I need to add some weight to my front end. I know my rear tires are fluid filled but can you add fluid to the front wheels and get away from suitcase weights? I know weights may still be needed but I'm just looking for a fix that don't cost more then several gallons of beet juice, or windshield...

    7610 competion

I stopped in a Kubota dealer today and I was impressed with these machines as well as the pricing. Does anyone know what the 7610 would compare to in the John Deere line? We have been looking at the JD 790/2320 and 2520 but thought I would check out the Kubota line up. Hey, for the money that...

    Got my Tiller mounted

Hey guys. I was able to hook up and mount my tiller today. I had to cut the PTO shaft as expected. I didn't put it into the dirt yet but I am ready. Thought I'd share a few pictures for those deceiding on a small gear drive tiller for their compact tractor. I did run it at several different...

Has anyone had, or have any advice, pros, cons etc on the chainsaw mounted mills? The lumber I had cut for a project is all but gone now and I was wondering if a mill, like the MK III are any good.
